Description of Role
This position will assist in the STARFLEET Member Services Helpdesk with working tickets from the Membership submitted to the STARFLEET Helpdesk. You will login into the STARFLEET Helpdesk and work tickets as they are assigned. You will be responsible for managing any tickets assigned to you and working with various STARFLEET departments to answer and resolve the members ticket quickly and effectively. As case owner you will be responsible for working with various departments and members to resolve the members ticket, you will need to use email and social media to contact and follow-up as necessary until the ticket is resolved. You will be asked to regularly update the member on the status of their ticket through the Helpdesk software.
Good understanding of the departments of STARFLEET. Computer access with good internet speed. Basic typing required.
Applications will be accepted for a minimum of 14 days or until filled. We will keep all applications on file for a minimum of 6 months and consider them for future openings.
