Deputy Provost Marshal

Assists the Provost Marshall in leading the STARFLEET Security Department.
Oversees the areas of the Security Department which require monitoring. These are, but not limited to:
NCIS/CSI This would be the fictional aspect of the Security Department. Investigate crimes committed on starship, bases, Federation installations. These individuals would investigate crimes aboard STARFLEET ships, bases and installations. This of course would be purely fictional and for fun.
X-Files: This would be the fictional aspect of the Security Department. They would investigate the unknown and dealing with the paranormal. This of course would be purely fictional and for fun.
Protocol Patrol: These would be the uniformed security officers who stand around and look like the Security Officers we have seen in all Trek incarnations. They would understand protocol but it would be up to the event organizers if they wanted to utilize them in any other fashion.
Geocaching: This is a fun hobby and obviously one of the areas any Security Officer must be familiar which is navigation. This would also have the opportunity for members to post pictures of their finds and track things to see where they go. Different ships could interact with caches and have the possibility of advertising and recruiting for their ship and/or STARFLEET.
