Petfleet is STARFLEET’s Auxiliary for SFI members to register their pets.
Petfleet Auxiliary is seeking a Member Records Keeper who will be responsible for maintaining a Google Drive database of all registered SFI members and their pets. Members complete a google form which populates the Google Sheet. It will be your responsibility to reply to all registrations by sending them a welcome letter and a certificate for each of their registered pets.
This position will also work with members to record and recognize pets with a 1-year service and 5-year mission status, as well as record their Final Mission when the pet passes. Other communications with the members like pet birthdays and awards are also the responsibility of this role. This position will work with Petfleet’s Email Newsletter Editor and Director directly.
