Officer Development Director, TRACOM

Duties: Officer Development Director will be required to issue requested tests from SFMC Academy students. OD Director will be required to grade and enter scores into the Database. Additionally OD Director will be required to submit status reports to SFMC TRACOM Director on a monthly basis. Directors are required to maintain course materials tests and tests within their respective Branch. The Director will be expected to update and revise materials to include manuals as needed. Expected 2-6 hours of time per week.

Skill Requirements: Director will be required to have regular access to e-mail and Internet. Applicants are expected to have basic computer and email proficiency. Applicants will be expected to have completed all the Courses and have a passing score prior to assuming duties as OD Director. Experience with Microsoft Office / Open Office a plus.

Training Requirements: PD-100; all courses within Officer Development branch.
