| The Brigade OIC is the chief executive of their Brigade. They speak for the Marines under their command and share news with them that is distributed by the SFMC & the General Staff. They need to have the necessary skills to work with their current and have the ability to seek out new Marines for their Brigade. | |

| Training Requirements (if applicable) | |
| As this is the highest position within the Brigade, a certain amount of training is required from the Marine Training Center to be considered for this position.
