Recognition Director Assistant

Description of Role
The Deputy Director of Recognition is looking for an Assistant to work directly with the Deputy Director for the Annual Awards program.

The Assistant will research information provided on the nomination forms. Their job is to confirm the validity of details provided by the nominators. This will be done for all nominees in all award categories. Upon completion of the research, the Assistant will submit their findings to the Deputy Director.

This role will be active during the Annual Award season, which is typically January through June.

Skills Needed
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to build a good rapport at the regional, chapter and individual level.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to compile research into an organized file or form and to meet deadlines.

Adaptability and Flexibility:
Be able to adapt and the ability to handle changing situations and pressure.

IT Skills:
Microsoft Office Or similar, compatible program. Good grammar and spelling.
