| Description of Role | |
| The STARFLEET Marine Corps, Forces Command department is seeking replacement Brigade OIC’s for the 4th & 13th Brigades.
The Brigade OIC is a key support role, working closely with the Commanding Officer Forces Command (COFORCECOM) to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves managing the Units with their assigned territory and working with various departments within the STARFLEET Marine Corps, their Region and STARFLEET itself. They achieve these objectives by filing reports, giving Awards from STARFLEET Marine Corps system & promoting the Marine Training Centre program. |

| • Attention to detail • Time management & organizational skills • Effective communication skills • Access to Office Suite Software (Google, Microsoft, etc.) • Mentoring of subordinates • Hosting Brigade meetings for subordinates • Other duties assigned by Forces Command |

| Training Requirements (if applicable) | |
| • OTS • OCC • LD200 & LD211 • OD100, OD102 & OD151, OD181, OD201, OD211 • PD100, PD130, PD201 & PD210 • UOS100, UOS300, UOS400 & UOS500 • Complete a 301 course in either PD, LD, OD or NCO • STARFLEET Data Protection Policy (SFDPP) training |
