Notice regarding Department Name
Please be advised that the department is currently undergoing an administrative transition to the Department of Digital Systems and Technology (DS&T). While this name is now used for administrative and operational purposes, the department remains Information Services for official and legal purposes pending an upcoming membership vote to amend the organization’s Bylaws.

Digital Systems and Technology serves as the technical backbone of STARFLEET, managing the global digital infrastructure and membership-facing platforms that power our organisation. Guided by a security-first philosophy, the department ensures the design, development, and maintenance of all Fleet systems are held to modern technical standards. Our mission is to provide high-performance, transparent, and scalable tools—such as the next-generation Member Portal and enterprise-grade data protection protocols—to support the needs of our members and leadership alike. Through integrated collaboration with every department, we maintain a robust and secure digital home for the world’s largest fan-run organisation.
